We are a team of Michelin India employees who were among the first hired
by Michelin to embark on this adventure of building our footprint in Chennai.
We have different job functions and often have different points of view.
However, we have in common a strong interest in
experiences, emerging trends, thoughts and best practices in the areas of
inclusive growth, sustainability, environment, energy, and diversity.
During the last few years, we have individually and collectively been
exposed to a myriad of experiences and learnings. We have met and spoken with
thousands of people involved either directly or indirectly with the Michelin
project - people with legitimate concerns, with invaluable points of view and
knowledge to contribute.
We have therefore created this blog to share our learnings,
observations, and personal insights and to provide a new open space for
discussion and debate. We welcome contributions of best practices and opinions
from any other individual or entity, or any other constructive inputs and
insights to help us progress on our journey of sustainable development.
